Your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act

The CCPA gives California residents rights regarding the collection, use, sharing, and selling of personal information. KGPCo values your privacy and will work with you to exercise your rights under the CCPA. Importantly, the rights you receive under the law may vary, depending on both the request and the requestor. For that reason, if you contact us to exercise one of your rights under the CCPA, we may limit our response accordingly.

The CCPA gives you four major rights:

    1. The right to opt out of the “sale” of your personal information.

    2. The right to request deletion of your personal information.

    3. The right to access the personal information we have collected about you in the preceding 12 months.

    4. The right to be free from discrimination if you exercise your rights under the CCPA.

Additional information about how we collect and use data is in our Privacy Policy.  You may initiate your request to exercise one of these rights by emailing us at [email protected] with “California Privacy” in the subject line and a description of the rights you would like to exercise.

California residents can choose to opt out of the “sale” of their personal information to third parties. Based on the CCPA definition, “sale” refers to data collection for the purpose of creating advertising and other communications. To opt out of tracking, click "Decline" on the cookie consent banner at the bottom of the page.
