At KGPCo, we commit to sustainability by providing our Customers with solutions that support shared priorities for environmental stewardship, economic prosperity, and corporate social responsibility. Through business practices and streamlined processes, we reduce waste and optimize resources in the supply chain.

We prioritize safety in our facilities, the health and safety of our Employees and contractors, respect for the environment, and we support the communities in which we live and work.

DIVERSITY

As a woman-owned company, KGPCo is certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and California Public Utilities Commission Supplier Diversity Program as a Women Business Enterprise (WBE). KGPCo has a history of supporting diverse businesses through mentoring, and through direct sourcing of products and services from diverse suppliers like Allegiance Supply and YP Solutions.

KGPCo’s THRIVE initiative is designed to support the development and advancement of women within the company. THRIVE consists of a mentoring program, internal and industry networking opportunities, and the THRIVE Spotlight award that recognizes exceptional female Employees and their contributions to the business.

Our mission extends beyond the preservation and growth of our woman-owned legacy.

By focusing on the eight key elements of waste, we are organically driving our reduce, reuse and recycle programs.

Sustainable ProcurementKGPCo partners with Suppliers to ensure they have policies and processes that support generally accepted standards for social responsibility and sustainability. Through these partnerships, we support our Customers’ policies that ensure ethical conduct in the workplace, safe working conditions, protection of sensitive information, treatment of workers with respect and dignity, and responsible manufacturing processes throughout the supply chain.
